Stir fried beef with ginger

This is packed with flavour.

Ingredients
A thumb sized piece of ginger
2 stalks of lemon grass
A tablespoon of vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic
One onion
One piece of good quality beef - about 200 grams
A generous handful of beansprouts
A generous handful of mange tout
A generous handful of coriander
A splash of soy sauce.

Firstly prepare all the ingredients as the cooking time is fast.
Peel the ginger and cut it into matchsticks.
Finely slice the lemon grass.
Crush, peel and finely chop the garlic.
Cut the beef into slivers.
Peel the onion and slice it into strips.
Clean teh beansprouts, mange tout and coriander.
Top and tail the mange tout.
Chop up the coriander and its stalks.
 


Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over a medium heat.
Add the ginger and the lemon grass.



Add the garlic


Stir


Add the onions.
Then add the beef and the soy sauce.


Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir for one more minute and serve.
