Cooking low GI Food. My cooking journey as I learned how to help myself by cooking low Glycaemic Index and low Glycaemic Load food to reduce blood sugar and weight.
This low GI, low GL cooking has given me back energy, and is keeping my blood sugar low as well as the weight loss. So far I've lost over 29 kilos.

Strawberry and pistachio lolly
This simple lolly is simply chopped up frozen strawberries, chopped up toasted pistachios, mixed with natural yoghurt and frozen.
It's a little sour, but delicious, and great in the hot weather.
